TOLSE7  is a Homeland premier provider of management and professional services focusing on Homeland Security, National Defense, and National Security. Our team of experts has experience in management, technical, and operational support and is committed to strengthening national security and readiness. 

We work alongside multidisciplinary interagency teams to develop solutions to complex defense and national security problems, create vulnerability assessments, execute emergency response plans, and plan crisis and consequence management.

President and Founder

Eric Reid founded TOLSE7  in 2020 and serves as the President and CEO of the company. Mr. Reid has over 30 years of experience in training, exercise design, and development specializing in All Hazards and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE). He has performed these duties as a First Responder at the Department of Defense (DoD), Program Manager at Leidos, and at the executive level. 

Mr. Reid has worked with the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense, United States Army Chemical School Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense, United States Army Chemical School (USACMLS), the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and several other federal, state, and local agencies. Eric has extensive experience in planning and supervising the conduct of HSEEP, All-Hazards, and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Exercises. He has executed several projects associated with strategic and organizational interagency teams.
